Your letter with the description of the work to be done was excellent. I loved the fact that there was no money due up front like most contractors. I got burned once ($200!) and have pledged to never pay anyone up front for anything ever again! I'm so happy with my house roofing job that I want to deliver my payment to you in person and meet you! As soon as I receive my invoice, I'm going to drive my bank check to you.
